Curaçao Ports Authority (CPA) is pleased to announce the formalization of two four year Collective Labour Agreements (CLA’s) one with “Union General Trahado di Kòrsou” CADMU (U.G.T.K. “CADMU”/Unie) and one with “Petroleum Werkers Federatie Curaçao” (P.W.F.C.).

Both CLA’s will be in force for the period commencing on February 1st, 2023, and concluding on January 31st, 2027.

The CLA’s serve as a testament to our dedication to maintaining an environment that values collaboration, fairness, and continuous improvement.

These agreements succeed a series of extensions of the previous CLAs, which had been continuously renewed since their original signing in 2016. This strategy of extension, mutually agreed upon by management and the unions, was a response to the prevailing market conditions.

We express our sincere gratitude to our employees and their respective unions for their understanding and cooperation in maintaining the terms of the previous CLAs during this period. Their collaborative spirit under challenging market circumstances has been pivotal in reaching the terms of the new agreements.
