Visit to the Port of Curaçao – Dutch Minister of Economic Affairs

On April 24th, Curaçao Ports Authority (CPA) welcomed Dutch Minister of Economic Affairs, Mr. Dirk Beljaarts, for a working visit to the island.

The visit commenced with a brief welcome presentation at CPA, where the Minister was introduced to the pivotal role the port plays in Curaçao’s economy. This was followed by a boat tour of the Port, providing the Minister and his delegation with updates on local economic developments. During the tour, they met with key stakeholders, including Aqualectra, 2Bays Curaçao, Damen Shiprepair Curaçao, the Ministry of Traffic, Transportation and Urban Planning, and the Organization Floating Offshore Wind Curaçao.
